These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between cucirm ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the website at cucirm.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
cucirm operates as a digital entertainment platform offering online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related services primarily to players resident in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the cucirm platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this platform.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cucirm. We strongly recommend retaining a copy for your records.

To register and maintain an Account on cucirm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: cucirm applies a strict 21+ minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the source of funds.
Registration on cucirm requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and will be kept up to date.
cucirm operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal request, cucirm will require you to complete identity verification. Documentation typically required includes:
KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. cucirm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or restrict an Account pending satisfactory completion of verification.
By submitting KYC documents, you consent to cucirm processing and retaining that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
cucirm accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following verified Malaysian payment channels:
All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the point of transaction. cucirm does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which cucirm accepts no liability.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cucirm will not accept funds from third-party payment sources. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third party may result in the funds being withheld and the Account being suspended pending investigation.
cucirm does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cheque. All deposits must be made through the methods listed above and must be processed electronically through the Platform's Cashier interface.
Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

cucirm reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding RM 5,000 per transaction or RM 20,000 per calendar month. Such requests may take up to 3 business days to process pending verification.
cucirm will only return funds to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified method in the Player's name will be used.
cucirm offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, which apply alongside any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
Birthday Bonus: The birthday bonus is available to verified Account holders. Bonus amounts are tier-dependent: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), VIP (MYR 2,688). The bonus is credited once per calendar year on the registered date of birth. No cash alternative is available.
Referral Programme: Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are payable once the referred friend has registered, completed KYC, and made a qualifying deposit meeting the minimum wagering threshold. The referral bonus is subject to a wagering requirement prior to withdrawal.
All casino games and sports betting markets available on cucirm are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport, which are accessible within the game interface or market details. Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
cucirm uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers operating under regulated protocols. cucirm does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a wager, the following policy applies:
Sports betting markets are offered on major events including the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and other international sporting events. Pre-match and in-play betting are subject to their own specific market rules, which are stated on the relevant event page.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cucirm platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds including real-money balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
Zero Tolerance: cucirm operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence units in accordance with applicable regulations.
All content on the cucirm platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, sound effects, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of cucirm or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of cucirm's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access and may give rise to legal proceedings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cucirm's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cucirm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if cucirm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cucirm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. cucirm will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit cucirm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
cucirm is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being fun, please use the tools available to you.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, cucirm will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access, though it cannot guarantee that all access pathways will be blocked.

cucirm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC is complete and no active investigation is pending.
If an Account is terminated by cucirm due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
cucirm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
The current version of these Terms — including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page — is the version that governs your use of the Platform at any given time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, cucirm encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.
All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to cucirm via the contact email address provided in Section 16 below. cucirm will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
